How to use

  1. Add one or more threats.
  2. Run the baseline to calculate Weight, ARI, and Confidence.
  3. Select one existing threat for scenario testing.
  4. Run Scenario A for escalation or Scenario B for contraction.
  5. Review delta movement and export the formal report.

Input definitions

  • Likelihood: probability the threat will occur.
  • Severity: immediate damage if it occurs.
  • Strategic Impact: how far effects travel beyond the initial event.
  • Data Quality / Source Reliability / Intelligence Age: confidence modifiers.

Output meaning

  • Raw Risk: the unweighted baseline danger value.
  • Weight: each threat’s relative share of the current threat set.
  • ARI: Adjusted Risk Index used for ranking and staffing focus.
  • Confidence: strength of the supporting intelligence.

Threat input and baseline setup
